Discrimination and retaliation are all too common in the workplace. Rachel represents employees who suffer discrimination based on their sex, sexuality, pregnancy, disability, race, and national origin. Services include: negotiating seperation from employment, representing employees in administrative claims, and litigating on their behalfs.

Help for Survivors
You deserve to be safe. Rachel represents survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and child abuse. Related services include: restraining order advocacy, contract negotiations, safety planning, victim advocacy within the criminal justice system, and civil litigation.

Help for Tenants
Housing providers have an obligation to maintain a safe and healthy environment for tenants. Rachel represents tenants living in unsafe environments, who believe their landlord is discriminating against them, and who need reasonable accommodations.
