We all have the right to exist safely in our homes, at work, and in our own skin.

The basic premise of Rachel’s practice is to enforce these rights.

Rachel focuses on helping folks reclaim power when they have been discriminated against or harmed, whether by their employers, family members, domestic partners, or housing providers. She holds unique experience in advocating for survivors of domestic violence, rape, and stalking, and is an experienced employment discrimination practitioner.

Rachel holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.A. in Psychology from Willamette University. Her work experience includes practicing as a fellow at Legal Aid Services of Oregon and a staff attorney at the Victim Rights Law Center. She has a proven record of achieving strong verdicts for her clients. During law school, Rachel worked with the Michigan Innocence Clinic and the American Civil Liberties Union.
